Thanks for voicing your concern. My terms are actually quite mild when compared to Fbook or Linkedin, but I understand your concern.

I think I am going to write a full blog post about this, since Terms have received so much coverage recently. For now, let me just say that I explicitly took out any right to reuse your content for commercial purpose, but that due to the nature of the product, I *have* to have the right to re-use your content, but in a limited fashion.

I do agree that under no circumstances should content ever be used in a manner for which it was not submitted. So, although it would be OK for me to publish your “about me” info in a widget on MyZone, it would not be OK for me to publish it in a magazine.
